Shipping policy

We strive to maintain a reliable supply chain to fulfill your orders on time. However, due to unforeseen production or supply chain issues, some items may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we will ship the available products and contact you to ask whether you would like to wait for the back-ordered item or cancel that portion of your order.

2. Shipping Costs

MaryamFineArt offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan, along with a hassle-free replacement policy, so customers don't have to worry about additional shipping costs for eligible replacements.

3. Delivery Terms

Our standard delivery time is 8–10 business days. Most of our products are handcrafted or made to order after your purchase, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

3.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after order confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During holiday periods, we take every possible step to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

3.2 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, you may do so at any time before your order has been dispatched.

3.3 P.O. Box Shipping

MaryamFineArt does not ship to P.O. Box addresses, as our courier partners do not provide delivery services to these locations.

3.4 Items Delayed

If any item is delayed due to production reasons, we will ship the available items immediately and dispatch the remaining item(s) as soon as they are ready.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the delay.

4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text message from our courier partner containing your tracking ID, allowing you to track your shipment.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact our customer support team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please refer to our Replacement Policy or contact us using the details below.
